In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have purchased the product from SANTECO online shop;

• You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from SANTECO online shop;

• You must return the product to SANTECO; and

• You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

Our patented 360 lid is easy to use and leak-resistant. Tilt the 360 button by pressing on its edge to open the lid for pouring and pop it back upright to reseal. Disassembly is straightforward to facilitate thorough cleaning.

The delightfully grippy surface texture is a result of our powder coating. Powder coating is far more environmentally friendly than conventional paint and much more durable too.

18/8 stainless steel, a.k.a. 304 stainless steel, has been a mainstay material of the food industry for many years. We use it in our bottles for its excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and workability.

Vacuum Insulation

We vacuumize our double-wall thermal bottles for maximum thermal retention. Our vacuum layer is made as thin as possible to reduce weight without a reduction in effectiveness. Difficult to get right, but worth the effort.
